A technical statement links to the standard, paper or measurement behind it. Without a source it is written as a proposal, not a rule.
Limits sit next to features
Every product page says what is not built yet and what the product cannot protect against.
Measure before changing
A bug gets its root cause proven before a fix. A feature that depends on performance ships only after it is measured on real devices.
